We  are (and I Thiago for been doing what I love to do!) really happy to be part of the YWAM Harpenden family and works in communications to help our ministries to reach the new generations for missions!! This week we had the opportunity to finish a promotional video to our next YWAM-DTS, The Bluewater DTS, and you may ask, What is Bluewater DTS? This YWAM-DTS is geared to equip you with the skills, experience, and knowledge to serve on-board any of the YWAM ships internationally, while sailing through the islands of the Aegean Sea. You will graduate, not only with a U of N certificate, but on track to gaining internationally recognised certificates to serve as crew on vessels world-wide.

The process to create a video or any art from scratch it is always difficult and I always remember about the Creation from Genesis.  The Lord created everything from his own Words. I love to read John 1 from the Bible Message;

When I need to create design, video or graphic from the scratch I go back to the beginning. And for sure God’s always will allow us to co-create something brand new that’s no one have seen before. He said that he will makes new things every morning! (Lamentations 3:22)

Also, if you have a look at in John 14, verse 14 Jesus said that we could request WHATEVER that He will do it for us, WHATEVER. I always related this verse (when I was in need ) to material things, been more precisely, money. So, why we are not asking the Lord for creativity and ways to make things new that will be blessed people, tribes and nations? Here is the key (for myself): We will only understanding the Father heart and desire if we have a relationship with his son. I’ve just learnt from the Lord that. Few months ago, the Lord told me that; “Thiago, just doing stuff and been busy, creating material for and about mission and about YWAM, do not make you more close to me. 

So, What’s make my relationship to the Lord better ?

I believe that I have a answer for that. I remember to listening my Dad in law preaching many times in our YWAM Campus in Brazil. He always saids; “The only thing that we can offer to the Nations is the quality of our relationship to the Lord” That’s mean, quiet time, one those DNA that we have in our YWAM tribe. Spend time to the Lord in quiet times is not only for YWAMer’s or missionaries, but for every single christian around the world.

“Martha, Martha, the Lord answered, “you are worried and upset about many things, but few things are needed, or indeed only one. Mary has chosen what is better, and it will not be taken away from her”

Which part Mary has chosen? Which part are you choose?
